GRC IM is a Real Estate company based in Madrid and Lisbon, which acts as a Local Operating Partner Managing and Co-investing with national and international investors in Spain and Portugal.
Our in-depth knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese Real Estate markets, with a hands-on approach and track record of investing, managing and divesting projects across multiple segments and in different stages of development, allows us to originate multi-asset class off-market opportunities and bespoke structures providing excellent risk-adjusted returns for our investors.
